Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people reach out for support and one of the most misunderstood. It does not always look like panic or worry. Sometimes it shows up as irritability, sleeplessness, physical tension or a persistent sense of dread that is hard to explain. Chronic stress and burnout often sit alongside it, the result of carrying too much for too long without adequate rest, support or relief. In our work together we will look at what is driving your anxiety, develop practical tools for managing it and work toward a steadier, more sustainable way of living. You do not have to keep running on empty.
Relationships are among the most meaningful and most challenging parts of being human. Whether you are navigating communication difficulties, a breakdown in trust, the impact of a significant life change on your relationship, or patterns that keep repeating no matter how hard you try, counselling offers a space to slow things down and look honestly at what is happening. I work with individuals exploring their relational patterns and with couples who want to find their way back to each other. I do not take sides. I create a space where every person feels safe enough to be honest, and where even the most difficult conversations can become a pathway toward something better.
Trauma does not always look the way we expect it to. It does not require a single dramatic event. It can be the result of ongoing experiences that slowly shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you. It can show up as anxiety, disconnection, difficulty in relationships, a persistent feeling that something is not quite right, or a sense of being stuck in patterns you cannot seem to break. I work with an understanding of how difficult experiences shape us and I create a space where you never have to move faster than feels safe. We go at your pace, always.
So much of our suffering comes from living out of alignment with who we truly are. Whether you have lost touch with yourself, struggle with self-worth, or are searching for a clearer sense of identity and values, counselling in this space invites you to slow down and ask the questions that matter most. Who am I outside of what I do or who I care for? What do I actually value? What would it mean to live more honestly and more fully? I believe that when people reconnect with their own values and sense of self, real and lasting change becomes possible. This work is quiet, deep and often profoundly transformative.
Grief does not always follow the loss of a person. It can follow the loss of a relationship, a dream, a role, a version of life we had imagined for ourselves or a future we had counted on. It does not move in a straight line and it does not follow a timeline. Grief can also be disenfranchised, the kind that others do not always recognise or validate, which can make it feel even more isolating. I offer a space where your grief is not rushed, minimised or compared to anyone else's. Whatever you have lost and however it shows up for you, this is a space where you can process your grief without prescription.
